What is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Champions of the World. If for any reason you're not happy with any of the items, we will work with you to either issue a refund if purchased online, or exchange for another style, size, or colour if purchased in store.

In-Store Purchase:If you purchased an item in one of our stores we will happily exchange the item and load any difference in cost of items onto a gift card for use on a later date. We do not accept returns for items purchased in our stores.

Online Purchases: You can return the item/s by either heading into one of our stores or by sending them back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip, reason for return, and what your intention for the return to insure full credit. After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email orders@champions.co.nz or phone NZ freephone 0508 242 677 or outside NZ +64 282 555 0896.  If you would like to find your nearest branch, head to www.champions.co.nz/stores

Returns Process: Please supply customer service with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Customer service will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

Champions of the World will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returns Exceptions:

Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. The following are our exceptions: Personalised products and autographed collectibles. All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles.

Software and Electronic Media Products: Software and Electronic Media Products. The products below are software and electronic media products: CD-ROMs, computer games, and software. If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other non-refundable charges.
