What Payment types do you accept?


Payment types accepted are Visa and MasterCard, transactions will be billed in the 'currency selected'. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website, and then a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order. An invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on under 'order history'.

Other forms of payment include; online gift certificates, Champions gift cards, direct payment into our New Zealand bank account by telegraphic transfer, internet bank deposit, or direct debit by crediting our Bank of New Zealand account. A confirmation email is sent to confirm funds received in our account and shipment of goods. We do not accept personal cheques as a payment method. Please note: orders will not be confirmed/processed until the funds are cleared in our account.

Once the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card. You authorize to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

Purchasing online with Q Card

You can now use your Q Card to make online purchases at* and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase.

On promotional days (as advertised from time to time) you could get an extended Payment Holiday period.  Click here for current offer terms and conditions.

To use Q Card online simply select 'Credit Card' as your payment type, select Q Card as card type, enter your Q Card number, expiry date and CVV number. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back on your Q Card).

Purchasing online with MasterPass

You can now use MasterPass to make online purchases at To use MasterPass click on the MasterPass button on the order confirmation page and  select your preferred digital wallet, preferred payment card and shipping address.  If you have not set up your MasterPass account with your bank, you will be promopted to do this before using MasterPass.

What is MasterPass?

MasterPass by MasterCard is a digital wallet service that makes online shopping safe, easy, and convenient. It enables you to accept many digital wallets with just one, easy-to-implement checkout button making the checkout online shopping quick and easy.  MasterPass then securely transfers your payment and shipping information to the Champions of the World confirmation page.  You will then complete checkout. Do I have to pay to use MasterPass?

No, there are no fees or charges to use MasterPass. But remember, if you ever opt to receive notifications about your account by text message, you may incur standard messaging fees from your mobile phone carrier.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

Please note: When you place your order we recieve authorisation for the amount of your order. We do not charge your credit card until we dispatch the order. We capture payments immediately on personalised orders, preorders, and on Backorders once the customer has confirmed they wish to wait for stock.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment.

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected.

If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock. We capture payments immediately on personalised orders, preorders and on Backorders once the customer has confirmed they wish to wait for stock.

What are the Import Duty and Taxes that can be charged?

Taxes, duty, and other customs charges are a factor of business transactions. We can not guarantee that taxes and duty will not be levied and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Every legal effort is made by Champions of the World to minimise the likelihood of local (destination country) taxes and duties being imposed.   If the customer refuses to pay the customs duties, the goods will be returned to Champions, at which point we will then refund the order less any customs charges incurred by Champions.  Please vist the New Zealand Customs Service Website for more information on customs fees.
